Training ini memberikan kemampuan peserta menjadi ahli dalam mengunakan metode fishbone diagram untuk menganalisis dan mencari penyebab sebuah masalah. Fishbone Diagram (Cause-and-Effect atau Ishikawa Diagram) merupakan salah satu teknik dalam Root Cause Analysis (RCA).  Terdapat banyak penyebab masalah yang dapat dikategorikan dalam beberapa jenis, antara lain Man (personel), Machine, Methods, Materials, Measurements dan Mother Nature (environment). Dalam training akan dipelajari teknik  yang efisien dan efektif dalam metode fishbone berdasarkan berbagai kategori penyebab masalah diatas

 

Tujuan FISHBONE EXPERT

Peserta memiliki kompetensi menjadi ahli dalam mengoperasionalkan metode fishbone untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi penyebab masalah dan solusinya. Tujuan khususnya adalah :

• 3. Peserta mampu membuat effective Fishbone diagram untuk setiap  masalah
